As Operations Manager, I help keep our office running smoothly and ensure the many moving pieces behind the scenes come together seamlessly. One of my favorite parts of my job is having the opportunity to build meaningful connections with nurses across the country and support the incredible work they do.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, my sweet nieces and nephews, and our three dogs. Family is incredibly important to me, and I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by the people and pups I love most.

As the Nurse Empact Coordinator at Tenacity, I help support our Nurse Advocacy mission by coordinating wellness programs, educational resources, partnerships, and events for nurses nationwide. With more than 23 years of nursing experience, I bring a background in clinical care, dermatology, and esthetics to my role. I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships and finding ways to support and celebrate the healthcare community.

I am honored to serve as the RENEW Nurse Advocacy Coordinator, with a passion for empowering nurses to rediscover the heart of why we chose this profession in the first place. My goal is to help nurses and healthcare providers restore balance, resilience, and overall well-being, while they provide empathy and compassion to each patient they encounter. With over 7 years of experience of providing direct patient care I believe that compassion must extend to the nurses themselves. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration, financial aid, leadership, and consulting, I bring a strong background in financial management, compliance, process improvement, and organizational operations. I enjoy creating efficient processes, solving problems, and providing the behind-the-scenes support that helps our team and organization operate successfully.
Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, and proud “Mimi.” Family is an important part of my life, and being Mimi is one of my very favorite roles.
